You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use its content to misrepresent Christopher Anthony Salon.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Service descriptions are general information, not a guarantee of a particular result. Your stylist may recommend a consultation, modify the service plan, or decline a service when necessary for hair integrity, safety, timing, or suitability.

Pricing may vary by stylist, hair length, density, starting condition, product usage, technique, and the final service plan. Any estimate should be confirmed with the salon or your stylist before service begins.

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours in advance do not incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
• No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Cancellation terms are presented during booking and may be administered through Boulevard. If the terms accepted for a specific appointment differ from this page, the terms presented at the time of booking control for that appointment. Online scheduling and related appointment functions are provided by Boulevard. When you leave this website, your use of the third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Review Boulevard’s client terms before booking.

The site may also link to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Setmore, and other independently operated services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party websites.

The salon name, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Christopher Anthony Salon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but information may change and the site may occasionally contain errors or interruptions. The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Christopher Anthony Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website or a third-party link. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms and privacy policy when the website, booking process, providers, or salon practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Depending on how you interact with the salon, we may receive:

• Information you provide by phone or email, including your name, contact details, questions, and appointment preferences.
• Appointment information made available through Boulevard, including contact details, services, stylist, appointment time, notes, and transaction status.
• Technical information processed by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

This website does not directly collect or store payment-card details. Boulevard and its payment partners process payment information used for appointments, deposits, or authorized fees.

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

• respond to calls, emails, questions, and service inquiries;
• schedule, confirm, provide, reschedule, or cancel salon services;
• send appointment reminders or requested service communications;
• apply disclosed cancellation or no-show terms;
• protect the website, salon, clients, and service providers; and
• meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping obligations.

If you opt in to appointment-related text messages through Boulevard or another clearly disclosed method, your mobile number may be used for confirmations, reminders, appointment management, and salon communications you requested. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell mobile information or share mobile opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver salon communications and related services.

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of applicable messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the salon directly.

We may use service providers for website hosting, security, scheduling, payment processing, appointment communications, maps, and related business operations. They may process information in connection with the services they provide or as otherwise permitted by law.

Booking is provided by Boulevard. Review Boulevard’s customer privacy policy. The location page also embeds Google Maps, which may receive technical data or use its own storage technologies when the map loads. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Setmore, and other external services are governed by those services’ privacy practices after you leave our website.

As currently configured, this website does not use advertising pixels or first-party analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may be used to deliver and protect the site. Third-party content may use cookies or similar technologies under the provider’s own policy.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website. We may disclose information to service providers described above, when you direct us to do so, to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a permitted business reorganization or transfer.

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for appointments, communications, business records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may also contact us to ask about personal information maintained directly by the salon or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Requests concerning information held in Boulevard should also be made through Boulevard’s client tools or privacy process.

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
